Viña Costeira Visits Uzbekistan

In March, Cornelia Proca, Export Director of the Spanish winery Viña Costeira, visited Uzbekistan. Together with San Vito Drinks, she hosted a professional training session for industry representatives and an open wine tasting at Silk 96. During the seminar, participants explored the history of Viña Costeira, the Ribeiro wine region, and the winery’s approach to production. Cornelia placed particular emphasis on Galicia’s native grape varieties, which shape the distinctive character of the region’s wines. Guests tasted the portfolio, discussed its different styles, and had the opportunity to speak directly with a representative of the producer. The experience continued that evening at Silk 96. Cornelia presented selected Viña Costeira wines, explained the character of each label, and shared recommendations for service and food pairing.
