The well-known Spanish brand Estrella de Galicia and the Rivera Brewery were founded over a hundred years ago in 1906 by José Reviera. He returned home after traveling through Central America and founded the family company with his partner Stuart Kroes, who became its first president. After 20 years, the founder's son Ramon Reviera took over the brewery, who had his own technical knowledge and carried out a major modernization of production. The production line has grown to four different types of beer: Pilsen, Munich, Bock and Doble Bock. It is interesting that the factory's signature beer restaurant appeared by 1925 and consisted of a real outdoor recreation area and a beer bar.
